The consultation on our local fire service’s draft Community Risk Management Plan closes Monday, January 15. Your Fire Service, Your Say! They need your input!
There are only a few days left to ‘have your say’ on the proposals outlined in Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service’s draft Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP) 2040. If you wish to comment on the Plan, you need to do so before the closing date of Monday, January 15.
This is your Fire and Rescue Service, and they want to know what you think of the services they provide and how you believe they can continue to make improvements and future savings.
Their Vision is to deliver the best possible Fire and Rescue Service for the communities of mid and west Wales. To assist them in delivering their vision, they have taken a look at the risks, threats and challenges surrounding our communities and have produced a long-term Plan, taking it through to 2040, which wthey are confident will help them to understand, manage and reduce these risks, keeping the communities of mid and west Wales as safe as possible.
They are confident that the Objectives they have identified in their CRMP will enable them to continue to evolve and deliver an effective, efficient, and world-class service, keeping you and your families safe. They remain committed to adapting to any challenges faced positively and believe that collaborative working is key to the future of our emergency services to successfully deliver shared outcomes, enabling them to improve the way they work, share resources, and ultimately save more lives. They also remain committed to finding innovative solutions to improve the way they work, enhance firefighter safety, reduce their impact on the environment and ultimately contribute to the well-being of our communities.
