Thursday, July 20, saw the Pembrokeshire Business Awards held at the Mackerel Quay in Milford Haven Marina, to celebrate Pembrokeshire’s business achievements for 2017.
The high profile event saw a multitude of businesses across the county come together, to battle it out for the prestigious awards.
Heatherton World of Activities were successfully nominated for the Leisure and Tourism Award 2017 from a long list of entries from both north and south of the county.
Heatherton are extremely excited to announce that they won the award which recognised their efforts and support to the leisure and tourism industry for both Pembrokeshire and Wales.
Heatherton would personally like to thank everyone who voted for them and to all of their visitors who have supported the park in its 25 years of business.
The successful event was to finish on a high with the final award of the evening for ‘Pembrokeshire’s Business of the Year 2017’, which Heatherton were absolutely shocked and delighted to accept in recognition of their 25 years of trade in the leisure and tourism industry.
The awards were collected by managing director Charles Davies, marketing manager Simon Hilling, and general manager Andrew McDonald.
Simon Hilling, marketing manager, commented: “It was a real pleasure to accept both awards on the evening, it is great that all of the hard work that has gone into the attraction is being recognised by our visitors and the surrounding community. We shall continue to introduce new activities and improve the park, to cater for all of our future visitor’s needs.
