Guest speaker at Hundleton WI’s May meeting was Mr Andy Shobbrook who gave a talk on ‘Discoveries in Haverfordwest’ with film slides. 

Andy explained to the members the graves and burial site found when the “Ocky White” building was being demolished. A vote of thanks was given by Pauline Charlett.

President Margaret Luff welcomed Audrey Brown and Betty Lyon to the meeting, which took place on Tuesday, May 7. Competition winners for ‘A Favourite Antique’ were: 1st Edna Merriman; 2nd Lilith Gray; 3rd Jayne Smith.

Hundleton WI hosted the Penfro Group meeting at St Twynell’s Hall on Wednesday May 15.

The next meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 4 at Hundleton Church Hall. The guest speaker will be Mr Gareth Mills with a talk entitled – “The Bullet and The Teapot”.

Hundleton WI will hold a Coffee Morning in Pembroke Town Hall on Tuesday, June 11, 10am-12 noon. Everyone is welcome to attend.
