Carew Community Council has teamed up with the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park to re-wild a section of Milton Play Park.

Their aim is to create a wildlife-friendly corner, filled with native wildflowers, to encourage more biodiversity in the area.

Carew Community Council Chair Simon Hosker-Hicks said: “A massive shout-out to everyone who turned up to kickstart our rewilding project at Milton Play Area! From local heroes here in the parish and Pembrokeshire, knowledgeable rangers and even some visitors on holiday who pitched in, we’re so grateful for the community spirit and all your hard work.

“Together, we’re building a space for both people and wildlife to enjoy!”
