A MILFORD Haven man was remanded in custody pending sentencing for various offences, including assaulting emergency workers.
Adam Williams, of Richard John Road, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on March 17, guilty of possessing an offensive weapon in a public place and using a motor vehicle without third party insurance on the previous day. He had also assaulted three emergency workers: two police constables and a police sergeant - all acting in the exercise of their duties.
The case was adjourned to allow time for preparing pre-sentence reports. Refused bail on account of his previous record and character and a deemed likelihood of offending, Williams was remanded in custody and will return to Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on March 31 for sentencing.
