A MILFORD Haven man has been handed a fine and a community order for criminal damage, non violent harassment and Cocaine possession.

Simon Phillips, 37, of Edwards Street pleaded guilty to repeatedly walking past a person’s address and sending abusive messages between September 18 and 21, also causing reckless damage to the door and gate on the 19th, and the following day being in possession of Cocaine, a Class A drug.

With the drugs to be forfeited and destroyed, the defendant was fined £120, plus compensation of £222, costs of £85 and a surcharge of £114.

Phillips was also made subject to a community order with supervision and rehabilitation activity requirements until April 13, 2026. His guilty pleas were taken into account.
