A Pembroke man used abusive, foul and offensive language to Probation staff and ‘unacceptable behaviour’ during an office appointment while under a community order.

Gwyn Davies, of St Nicholas Crescent, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court and admitted failing to comply with the community order requirements, with three incidents of abusive behaviour between March 20 and June 20 being cited.

New and varied requirements were added to the order made on February 6. The 43-year-old is to pay costs of £60.
