A Pembroke man has been fined and penalised six points for driving without a valid licence.
The Monkton resident, aged 36, who was not present at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on March 18, admitted to driving a Kia Sportage on Bush Hill, Pembroke while only holding a provisional licence, and with no insurance policy in force.
Taking the defendant’s pleas into account, magistrates fined the unqualified motorist £120 for each offence, plus costs of £90 and a victim services surcharge of £48.
