A PEMBROKESHIRE man who left five voicemails in contravention of a restraining order has been handed a suspended sentence by Haverfordwest magistrates.

Appearing in court on September 24, Graham Potter, of Vine Road, Johnston broke the terms of community order made by Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on April 15 when he was convicted for an offence of harassment - a further breach of the restraining order imposed by Swansea Crown Court on January 1, 2024.

The 42-year-old was committed to prison for 18 weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months owing to a realistic prospect of rehabilitation. Potter must comply with Rehabilitation Activity Requirements within the supervision period of 12 months, participating in any activity required by the responsible officer up to 15 days maximum.
