There have been widespread reports of broadband outages across Pembrokeshire today.
Saundersfoot Medical Centre is among surgeries affected by a national problem with BT, being unable to book appointments or deal with queries as the computer system is down.
In Tenby, Kilgetty, Begelly, Pentlepoir, Sardis, Narberth, Amroth, Llanteg, Red Roses and Llandissilio, Sky customers have said that they haven’t had internet since this morning, while some BT customers in the area are having no problems with signals. Pockets unaffected in this way include Summerhill, Pleasant Valley, Kilgetty, and Pembroke Dock.
The Argyle Medical Group Pembroke Dock surgery, however, stated earlier this afternoon that they “currently have an outage” on their phones and computers. Members of the Pembroke Dock and Pembroke Citizens Forum have mentioned issues in Haverfordwest, Milton, Milford Haven, Pembroke Dock and Pennar.
According to the website istheservicedown.co.uk, Pembroke Dock, Milford Haven, Kilgetty and Haverfordwest have all reported BT (British Telecom) internet outages, with 11 per cent saying their phone line is also affected.
The website shows that Sky issues have also been reported, with Tenby users reporting problems related to internet, wi-fi and TV. In the Pembroke area the majority reported that their internet is down, with 12 per cent reporting TV outages and 8 per cent saying their phone connection is down.
