An enchanting evening of Community Voices comes to Narberth with SPAN’s a cappella Community Choir Concert.
This joyful event that celebrates the best of community a cappella choirs marks the closing of SPAN Arts Narberth A Cappella Festival 2025 and brings choirs from across the country to share an array of a cappella music.
This concert forms part of the SPAN Arts Narberth A Cappella Festival on March 7 and 8, 2025. This celebrated festival, held in the heart of Narberth, Pembrokeshire, is a unique and immersive celebration of the human voice. With a rich history spanning over 25 years, the festival continues to captivate audiences, offering a weekend brimming with music, connection, and creativity.
Starting off the concert will be SPAN’s very own community choir, Côr Pawb - which translates as Everyone’s Choir, singing a varied range of pieces from across the world.
It is exciting that Scaramella Singers will be joining in. Scaramella is a vocal ensemble based in Newport with a richly varied repertoire ranging from medieval to modern, and from sacred to secular.
Also taking part will be the wonderful City Sirens - an a cappella choir for soprano and alto voices based in Cardiff - and Teifi Harmony, an inclusive and friendly a cappella choir based in Newcastle Emlyn, will join the line up.
There is a warm invitation for everyone on International Women’s Day to share in this delightful celebratory evening of a cappella voice which takes place from 7pm, on Saturday, March 8 in St Andrew’s Church Narberth. Refreshments and a bar will be available at this event.
