Saoirse Ronan is ‘at her most transcendent’ in a ‘masterpiece’ of film to be screened in Tenby this month.

The Outrun, based on the best-selling memoir by Amy Liptrot, shows at the De Valence Pavilion in Tenby on Tuesday, April 15 and is the next film presented by Films4Tenby.

After living life on the edge in London, Rona attempts to come to terms with her troubled past. She returns to the wild beauty of Scotland's Orkney Islands where she grew up, hoping to heal.

Directed by Nora Fingscheidt, the film is rated 15, starts at 7pm and costs just £5 or £4 for Films4Tenby members.
