The Big Pembs Panto production of Snow White saw a record 5,000 people heading through the doors of The Boulevard Theatre in Milford Haven to catch this ‘must-see’ in the Christmas calendar.
Director Drew Baker said: “Audiences lapped up the Panto spectacular - and the reviews were very special indeed.
“We had such a positive response from audience members, with comments like ‘The best Panto ever’; ‘A truly fabulous, fun-filled family show’; The Only Panto You need to See’ and even ‘This is How Panto Should Be Done’.
“The cast and crew were bowled over by the fabulous reaction and enthusiastic audience participation at every show.”
Snow White continued the Big Pembs Panto tradition of bringing famous names from TV and film to the county. Following hot on the heels of Love Island’s Jack Fincham and Eastenders Laila Morse, Snow White saw former Liberty X singer and TV presenter Michelle Heaton gracing the stage, alongside Reuben Collins - another Love Island star - and the inimitable Russell Grant, astrologer extraordinaire and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant.
They were joined by home-grown talent Rhys Williams and Kelly Jackson, whose performances thrilled audiences at the sell-out shows; by Director Drew as the irrepressible Dame - as well as Matthew John-Rhys and Amy Marsh - both making their Panto debuts.
The show was ably supported by three teams of young Pembrokeshire performers, who took to the stage in rotation, as the seven dwarves and dance ensemble.
Plans for Christmas 2025’s production of Aladdin are that it’s going to be even bigger, even brighter and even more spectacular. Tickets are being snapped up - already schools performances are selling out! The Big Pembs Panto and Boulevard Theatre’s social media channels will keep people up-to-date with the latest Panto news and cast announcements.
