WATCH - Colourful lights, decorated trees, seasonal music in the otherwise quiet streets... take a walk with us around Tenby on a peaceful festive weekday in the run up to Christmas.

Christmas in Tudor Square, Tenby
(Observer pic)

In addition to the decorated shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants of Tudor Square, High Street and Upper Frog Street, we take you down to Lower Park Road where the North Pole express Post Box at Harbour Wealth has provided a free way of contacting Father Christmas and making sure there’s a letter and a present for every child who writes. (Last post was December 15).

Then it’s over to the Esplanade to gaze at the majestic, tranquil view of St Catherine’s Fort and the waves lapping the wide, windswept sands below the cliffs.

Don’t forget, there’s still time to see the Christmas tree festival at St Johns Church. The slideshow below features pictures by Elizabeth Fitzpatrick, shared to the ‘Picture This; Tenby Observer photography club’ Facebook group recently.
