Sir, I’m responding to the letter in last week’s Tenby Observer requesting help with passing on household items no longer required by the current owner.

The Freecycle movement makes this very easy. It works via the internet. You look at their website and join the Pembrokeshire Freecycle Group. You then place your item(s) on the website and interested parties contact you and arrange collection.

We joined recently and the system worked very well. The items we placed with them went within a few days and we regained our lounge!
