Saundersfoot
As previously reported, the death occurred peacefully on Tuesday, October 6, at his home in Castle View, Saundersfoot, of Mr. William Arthur Henwood. He was aged 94.
Known as Bill, he was predeceased by his wife Mary, but survived by son Nick, daughter Gill, sister Joan and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The funeral service takes place today (Friday, October 16), 1.45 pm, at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth.

Memorial service
A memorial service for former well-known local businessman, Mr. John Edward Cross, will be held at St. Mary’s Church, Tenby, later this month.
As previously reported, John, who was 74, passed away on July 29 in Gran Canaria, where he had made his home since retirement.
Originally from Leeds, however, he had previously settled in Tenby and will be best remembered for establishing the business of Rembrandt Jewellers. He was also involved with many of the town’s organisations, including the Chamber of Trade.
The memorial service at St. Mary’s will take place on Saturday, October 24, at 12 noon, and the family invites all friends and former colleagues to join them in celebrating John’s life.

The death occurred peacefully at home on Sunday, October 11, of Mrs. Angela Morwyth Hunt, affectionately known as Angie, aged 72 years, of Penally.
Beloved wife of John, dearly-loved sister of Julia and sister-in-law of James, Judith and Glynne, much-loved aunt to Sandy and Steve, Rhys, Bethan, Iwan and Rhian.

As previously reported, the death occurred peacefully at home with his family on Wednesday, September 30, of Mr. David John Thomas, aged 72 years, affectionately known as Dai the Butcher, of Station Road, Kilgetty.
Devoted husband of Ann, a loving dad of John and Julie and respected father-in-law to Ron, precious bampi to Lowri, Tomos and Honor, much-loved brother of Violet, Peggy and Peter and brother-in-law to Audrey, Mary, John and the late Spencer and the late Hugh.

The death occurred peacefully at South Pembrokeshire Hospital, Pembroke Dock, on Sunday, October 11, of Mrs. Delys James, aged 83 years, of Cross Park, Pennar, Pembroke Dock.

The death occurred at Glangwili Hospital, Carmarthen, on October 13, of Brian Howell Thomas, of Park Terrace, Tenby.
He is survived by his wife, Eileen, sons, Christopher and Mal and families.
