Updates have been issued regarding the incomplete boardwalk at Freshwater East’s ‘Secret Marsh’ and the hide in disrepair.

A Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority spokesperson said:
“The Freshwater East boardwalk project has been severely delayed as a result of landowner negotiations regarding the final route. This has resulted in a rise in the cost of materials, along with further complications linked to the poplar trees which adjoin Trewent Holiday Park.
“The replacement hide is scheduled to be repaired this year.”
