On May 27, Sea Trust hosted a spectacular scout event at Picton Castle, a day of fun and learning with a marine-themed gazebo hosting activities for all scouts.
There was a litter picking race, a ‘match the seaweed game’ to learn about sea flora, and an oil spill activity to show the devastating effects of pollution on birds.
The scouts not only had a great time but also gained valuable knowledge about local marine life and the importance of marine conservation.
