The property management team responsible for ‘luxury beachside apartments’ in Tenby have been criticised once again this week by a local councillor for not looking after the development’s surrounding area.
Speaking at Tuesday night’s meeting of the town council, Clr. Paul Rapi told his colleagues that the Water’s Edge development looked after by Birt and Co needed a serious spruce-up as nothing appeared to have been done around the apartments for some time in terms of landscaping.
“Nothing seems to have been done to improve the area since I last flagged it up - there are more weeds there than the whole of Pembrokeshire!” he remarked.
Clr. Laurence Blackhall suggested writing to the management company to address the issue.
