The Narberth Nobbler event takes place this weekend with ‘The Big One’ - the full marathon starting at 9 am from the town’s car park on Sunday.
The full marathon takes in 26.2 miles of stunning muddy woodland trails with 3000ft of climbing.
The half marathon run starts at 9.30 am, running down Carding Mill Lane and runs along a road until around 2 miles before going offroad into Canaston woods.
This route takes in most of the trails in Canaston woods, including some that we had to hack through to make them accessible again after a few years of being left to overgrow.
The 10km run begins at 9.45 am, which again runs down Carding Mill Lane and runs along the road for about a mile before entering Canaston woods.
Like the 10km run, this has a wide variety of terrain from road to slippy single track.
All profits from the event go towards local charities.
