Saturday saw a mixture of fixtures being played in the league and the cup.
In Division One, Carew’s battle to secure third place continued with a 3-1 over Pennar Robins.
A brace from Scott Ferney and a goal from Scott Whitfield helped the home side to a comfortable win.
There is a fascinating battle for third place in the Division One table with Carew, Merlins Bridge and Hakin United all on 21 points.
A further four points separates them and Goodwick United who sit in second place after they smashed Narberth 10-2 at Phoenix Park.
Ryan Williams and Ben John scored for Narberth.
The Narberth manager will have some work to do as his side have now conceded 17 goals in the last two games.
Saundersfoot Sports look certain to be relegated as they failed to win once again.
They lost 5-1 away to Neyland with Jack Franklin scoring Saundersfoot Sports’ only goal in the game.
St Clears’ match with Hakin United was postponed due to poor weather.
Lawrenny’s quest for Second Division Cup glory was abruptly ended when they were thrashed 7-0 at Hakin United in the first round of the competition.
There was drama in the match between rivals Herbrandston and Milford United.
The match went to extra time after it finished 2-2 between the two sides, thanks to a brace from Ashely Matthias and goals from Adrian Rees and Sam Houston.
During the additional 30 minutes, it was Tom Blackwell who grabbed the winner and sent his side through to the next round, giving the away side the bragging rights.
Kilgetty are also through to the next round of the competition after beating Solva 7-4 at home.
Richard Cope scored an incredible four goals, with Jordan Gorman scoring a brace.
Henry Lawrence completed the scoring in a match which must have provided great entertainment for the supporters of both clubs.
In Division Three, Cosheston AFC made it back to back wins with a 4-1 win over Carew II.
Ryan Bowen, Gavin Wickland and a brace from Nathan Ferrier helped the home side on their way.
Ceri Brace scored Carew II’s consolation.
Elsewhere, there was great entertainment down at London Road as Pembroke Boro faced Clarbeston Road II.
However, it was not to be for the home side as they lost 4-3.
Steff Sandford’s brace and goals from Jamie Aires and Steff Thomas were not enough as Pembroke Boro lost narrowly.
Moving on to Division Four and a top of the table clash between Broad Haven II and Tenby will have to wait a bit longer after the match between the two sides was called off.
Aiden Rainbow’s goal for St Clears II was enough as they saw off Narberth II 1-0.
While St Florence got back to winning ways with a convincing 5-1 win over St Ishmaels II.
Four goals from Jake Webster and one from Ash Smith was enough for the hosts.
Finally there were two standout results in Division Five.
Firstly, Angle got their best result of the season with an incredible 8-0 win over Pembroke Boro II.
James Potter scored four goals for the home side, with Lee Dignan, Callum Jones, James Davies and Sam Richards completed the scoring.
Secondly, Carew III’s amazing 13-0 win at Saundersfoot Sports II was the result of the weekend.
Josh Lewis and Luke Hicks scored four goals each, while Herbie Haggar bagged himself a hat-trick.
Sam Lewis and Neilson Cole also got in on the scoring act to cap off a brilliant performance.
Elsewhere their was disappointment for Lawrenny II as they lost 2-0 at home to Herbrandston II.
