Rural crime affects not only the individuals and businesses directly targeted but also can be felt economically, socially, and emotionally across the entire rural community

Rural crime encompasses a wide range of offences, including theft, vandalism, illegal dumping, wildlife crime, and anti-social behaviour, among others.

There’s a variety of things you can do to protect your property, land and livestock. If you’re not sure where to start, Dyfed-Powys Police’s Rural Crime Team can help. All the team’s officers are qualified Crime Prevention Tactical advisors (CPTAC).

To arrange a crime prevention visit from the officers, email [email protected] .
