Local author Cyril James Morris, Lt Cdr, Rtd, and his wife, Louise used Cyril’s ceremonial sword to cut their wedding cake during their reception at The Belgrave Hotel, Tenby.
The wedding took place on Wednesday February 5. It was a beautiful sunny day as guests at the reception enjoyed the view over a calm sea to Caldey Island.
Cyril and Louise live in Saundersfoot, where Cyril and his sister Mavis and brothers Philip, Ronald and Gerald lived during the Second World War, before moving to Tenby.
The happy couple regularly swim at Coppet Hall or Saundersfoot where Cyril did the New Year’s Day Swim to raise money for the RNLI.
