A WARRANT of arrest for a community breach without bail was issued at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, January 7.

The basis of the warrant was that a Milford Haven man, Jamie Norman, of Elm Grove, ‘failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order’.

The 39-year-old had been handed the community sentence order at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on June 18, 2024. Norman breached the order when he failed to attend a planned office appointment on December November 29 and his failure to comply on December 6 was deemed ‘unacceptable behaviour’ in accordance with Part 2 of Schedule 16 to the Sentencing Act 2020.

Execution of the warrant was allocated to NCES Wales.
