Two individuals from Narberth have been fined for failing to take steps specified in a Council enforcement notice relating to land they occupy.

Appearing before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on October 3, Paula Foster (68) and Tobias Foster (43) both changed not guilty pleas to guilty and elected for a summary trial.

Paula was fined £200, plus £80 victim services surcharge and £330 costs; Tobias was fined £450, plus £180 and £330.70 costs. The guilty pleas afforded each a 25% reduction.
