A TENBY motorist has been disqualified for three years after admitting to driving while under the influence of a controlled drug.

Jaime Bain, of Holloway court, Penally, pleaded guilty at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on August 27 to driving a motor vehicle with an over-the-limit blood proportion of Deltra-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol. The offence took place on Sunday, February 18 on the A477 at Broadmoor.

As well as the driving ban, the 35-year-old faces a community order, costs of £85, and a £114 surcharge.
