Trainee Accountant Tom Williams has started with the Ashmole & Co Haverfordwest team after completing his AAT Level 2.

Tom, who lives with his family near St Davids, completes various tasks day to day. These relate to preparing accounts and tax returns for clients including local individuals, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.

Tom is now studying for his AAT level 3 as part of his apprenticeship. “I’m grateful to Ashmole & Co for giving me the opportunity to join the team as a trainee. It is very rewarding to be constantly developing the skills that will help me succeed in the future,” he said.

Ashmole & Co encourages those who are waiting for their GCSE or A Level results to consider a future career in accountancy. There is currently a vacancy for a Trainee Accountant in the Ammanford office and the firm can offer students work placements whilst they are studying.
