As President of Relate and an ambassador for mental health organisations like Mind, Ruby blends humour with profound insights, drawing from her own experiences to engage audiences worldwide. With a Master’s in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and qualifications in psychotherapy, Ruby’s corporate workshops and keynote speeches are highly sought after for their bold and relatable approach to mental health.
