HAVE you ever wanted to get hands on local history artefacts? A handling session at Tenby Museum will feature a selection of artefacts from our collections dating as far back as the Stone Age.
Some artefacts which may be available for handling include Stone Age axes, a replica Bronze Age mace, an Iron Age bowl and a Post Roman bracelet.
In addition to this, 3D scans will be available of some of the museum’s collection, including Bronze Age burial urns.
Free with standard admission (donations welcome), the one-hour session takes place at Tenby Museum and Art Gallery on Thursday, July 18, at 11am. Children are required to be supervised at all times during session. No booking is necessary.
