A PEMBROKE Dock man who admitted stealing over £80 worth of food from Farm Foods and two crates of lager from B&M Bargains, has been sentenced by Haverfordwest Magistrates.

On November 2, John Ashby, 37, of Laws Street, pleaded guilty to the two thefts on October 31 and July 8 respectively, whereupon the case was adjourned until November 9 for pre-sentence report preparation.

Ashby pays compensation of £81.61 and £22, plus an £80 fine, £85 costs and £32 surcharge.
